Mary Jennings has 25+ years Office Management, Accounting & Human Resources experience, formerly with a nationally franchised dance studio, an advertising specialty company and engineering/architect firm.  Mary joined ELSCO in April 2002 and her primary responsibilities as Director of Operations include overseeing the customer service/inside sales team, handling all financial aspects of the business including sales & commission reporting, payroll & payroll taxes, budgeting, accounts payable & receivable, etc., as well as data organization and analytics, trade show coordinating, human resources and general office management functions.  She is married with 3 children and 4 grandchildren and her hobbies include exercise, reading, shopping and attending sports and extra-curricular activities of the grandkids.
